Product introduction
Cold air cooler is a kind of equipment used for cold storage refrigeration environment, it reduces the temperature of the storage by forced convection circulation, thereby improving the freshness of stored food.

Cold storage air cooler is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Cooling heat exchange tube: This is the core part of the cold storage air cooler for heat exchange
2. Axial fan: responsible for forced convection circulation of the air in the cold storage air cooler and cold storage
3. Liquid separator: used to evenly divide refrigerant
4. Frosting device: used to remove frosting layer from the outer surface of the equipment
5. Water tray: used to undertake condensate water

Product Classification

The first kind of classification:

According to the different methods used to cool the air, the chiller can be divided into dry type, wet type and mixed type.

Wet air cooler: With low temperature carrier refrigerant (such as salt water or water) and direct contact with the air to cool the temperature is called wet air cooler.

Dry air cooler: The refrigerant directly evaporates in the cooling pipe, and the air outside the pipe is cooled. The chiller is called a dry air cooler. Dry  air cooler is widely used, and its installation method can be divided into floor type air cooler and ceiling type air cooler.
 

 Ceiling type air cooler

The advantage is that it has good heat transfer effect, does not occupy the cold storage area, and is used more in the cold storage quick-freezing and cooling room.

Two-sided air-out air cooler

The second kind of classification:
It can also be classified according to the cold storage temperature, respectively DD,DL,DJ three commonly used models.
DL  is suitable for cold storage where the storage temperature is about 0°, mainly storing eggs or vegetables, fruits, etc.
DD is suitable for cold storage with storage temperature of -18° or so, mainly refrigerating meat or fish.
DJ is suitable for cold storage of about -25°, which mainly plays the role of quick freezing.
 

Matters needing attention

1. The distance between the back of the cold storage fan and the cold storage insulation board is at least 300MM, which is conducive to the air circulation in the cold storage and convenient for future maintenance.

2. U-shaped oil return bend should be set at the air return port of the cold storage fan to facilitate the return of frozen oil to the cold storage compressor.

3. The outlet pipe of the cold air cooler should be set up U-shaped bend to form a liquid seal to avoid air circulation inside and outside the library.
