The box is designed and made by ourselves, and the compressor power is from 1hp to 30hp. It is designed as thin-wall type, which is suitable for both wall hanging and floor standing installation; l~15HP condensing units are normally fitted with scroll compressors; also we can design the outer box which is suitable for semi- hermetic compressors; 15~30HPcondensing units are mostly fitted with semi-hermetic compressors; All the fans are axial fans, which is easy for installation and maintenance,with stable operation and low noise.
D series evaporator is a kind of cooling equipment suitable for various cold storages , such as quick freezing, fresh keeping and etc. There are three types available: DL, DD and DJ, which fits for the different cold temperatures. It has compact structure and make full use of warehouse area, which can make the storage food cool rapidly and improve the freshness of storage food.
(1) We choose 100mm thermal insulation polyurethane sandwich panel. polyurethane sandwich panes are composed of colored galvanized steel panels on both sides and polyurethane in the middle.
(2) Color image galvanized steel plate thickness 0.4mm-0.5mm, whitegray, PE paint.
(3) The inner core material is made of high-pressure polyurethane foam, with a density of 40kg/m3, a thermal conductivity of less than (0.023±0.001) W/(m2*k), and good thermal insulation effect.
(4) Both sides of the refrigeration panel are equipped with Camlock systems. Can be installed and insulated quickly.
